It incorporates elements of Bikram, Ashtanga, Raja and Iyengar yoga with a focus on 3 elements: physical yoga postures (asanas), meditation, and self-inquiry to aid transformation. Baptiste classes encourage practitioners to tap into their creativity, build self-confidence and achieve their potential.
