Beginning this meditation, my mind was really loud & my body was feeling very emotionally charged so it was challenging to actually drop in fully. The visualization of the cell & going in deeper on that microscopic level helped me finally drop in & the rest of it was a delicious transformation in my body/mind/heart. I feel more clear, grounded, and revitalized now!!
