Hello,

My name is Erica Jones and welcome to your guided meditation on vitality.

Please take a seat.

Vitality is the natural energy that radiates from us when we commit to our highest level of growth.

Living your purpose and stepping out of your comfort zone makes you feel alive and vital.

Let's begin our meditation.

Bring your palms to your knees.

Bring your shoulders up to your ears and draw them away down into your spine.

Let's repeat that again.

Bring your shoulders up to your ears and draw them away down into your spine.

Now begin to ignite the vitality in your body from your tailbone to the crown of your head.

Reach the crown of your head up to the ceiling and feel your spine elongate.

Notice the space around your body.

Begin to take a body scan from your toes,

Kneecaps,

Belly,

Chest,

Crown of your head.

Begin to notice where energy is blocked.

Where do you notice that there is blocked energy?

Accept the sensation and experience it.

Commit to staying with the sensation.

Notice if you want to fidget or wiggle your way out of it.

Simply stay.

What thoughts arise that you're carrying that's taking away from your vitality?

What are your thought patterns?

Let them arise and feel where they show up in your body without trying to figure them out or suppress them.

Commit to your growth by staying and letting them fall away.

When you step out of your comfort zone of escape,

Your vitality naturally arises.

Let it all be and feel your vitality expand throughout your body and the space around your body.

Now bring awareness to that new energy,

That new vital force radiating throughout your body.

Begin to bring awareness to thoughts and feelings that bring you energy.

Where do you want to step out of your comfort zone?

Where do you want to expand and grow?

How do you want to cultivate this vitality to be the creative force in your life?

Feel this energy flow throughout your body,

Natural vitality that radiates from your willingness to step into growth and commit.

Let the natural energy inspire you to rise up and emerge.

Where your attention goes,

Your energy flows.

Feel the energy flowing from your toes,

Up your shin to your kneecaps,

From your knees to your hips,

To your belly,

To your heart,

To your throat.

To your third eye center,

The space between your eyebrows,

To the crown of your head.

Feel the energy go down your spine like liquid pouring all the way down your spinal cord flowing through your arms,

Out your hands.

Feel the natural vitality burn away blocks and old thinking patterns that keep you stuck in your comfort zone.

Feel this new awakening,

The natural force of vitality.

Observe your body in this new energy.

Feel your body in this space with this new energy.

Bring your hands to heart center and reach your fingertips up to the ceiling and give yourself a long stretch.

Bring your hands to heart center and Anjale Mudra and feel your left palm press into your right palm in prayer position.

When you commit to your growth,

You let the natural vitality move you into a higher frequency.

Press your hands into your palms,

Your left to your right,

Tuck your chin.
