Welcome,

Om Bytes.

This meditation is entitled,

It's Never Too Late.

It's never too late to start a new practice,

A new outlook on things,

Dealing with a past recurring event internally impacting you.

It's never too late to rewrite your story.

I think sometimes we get so hooked into our story that it becomes our identity and then we're trapped and tethered to this identity and we feel the whole world can see it when really they can't.

What the world sees is your energy,

Your vitality,

Or the opposite of that.

It's a very private matter and there's no better place to work out the script of our life than in quietude meditation.

In meditation,

Everything is validated by you.

So we're less reliant upon needing feedback,

Input,

And validation from external sources.

We can tap in and cleanse our interior daily.

So it's never too late to start.

Come to your comfortable seat,

And by comfort I mean lazy,

All but for your head.

The head shall remain upright.

Drop into your chair,

Rest your body,

And become comfortable.

If you feel safe,

You may close your eyes.

If not,

Simply cast your gaze downward at something non-moving.

We'll begin with the sound of the cymbal and conclude the same way.

Never too late to start.

Each day,

Each breath,

Each choice.

But we must start with a mental frame of mind of forgiveness,

Possibility.

And so open,

We might be curious and explore the unknown.

Placing our mind and our body and our heart space into a state of agility.

We can't hold on to things remaining the same or staying in the past.

We can't design the future down to the second,

So we must leave room for being agile.

Meditation helps where we can simply sit in the non-doing to prepare for what is called for.

Drop into your bones,

Find comfort,

Ease,

Security,

And safety.

It's never too late.

This is meant to restore your vitality,

Your ambition,

Your excitation toward what's possible,

Not yet discovered.

Infinite possibility,

First forgiving from past,

Untethering from our story,

Freeing the imagination and thus your energy to pursue this new vision for the future.

Notice if old dramas and scripts are running in your head.

Oh,

I can't because of this,

I can't because of that,

I'll never this,

I'll never that.

Meditation is a decision,

Size decision to cut.

Cut from the old and avail your mind and heart set to the new.

Just sitting through the process of considering,

Nothing to do.

Giving yourself the gift of giving your gift.

It's funny how that works.

When we give of our gifts,

We're fulfilling our potential,

Which feeds us a thousand fold.

So thus it becomes our duty and our job to free into what's possible.

Try not to criminalize and judge yourself or others as we move through the continuum.

Sometimes restlessly,

Sometimes without energy.

Be with what is and incubate.

There's your body,

Release and forgive,

Accepting in the new.

Soften the rigidity.

Soften your mere mortal imagination.

Allowing for greatness.

Maybe you can even feel it happening in your body,

Resistance,

Frustration,

Worries,

Fears,

Limiting beliefs.

Notice,

Identify name so you may tame and let it go.

Allow yourself to get lost in the being.

Finding a fluidity and ease with what's coming and what's going.

Take a big belly breath in.

Lift your heart high and drop into your bones with ease.

Let it go.

Namaste.
