Thank you. Incredibly relaxing. I don’t know if I dozed off, but at some point, I forgot I was listening to a meditation. I just stayed still and felt my body and my nervous system tingling me and all of a sudden I remembered that I was doing a meditation and that I think it was over. Who knows how long I was gone, :)
