This was amazing! I’ve been sleeping terrible so much on my mind so I sat down this afternoon to do this five minutes in the over timer went off. I think I had already dozed off. I got up and came back to it worried that it wouldn’t be able to relax again, and then you started going through the points and my San kalpa I release all stress and chaos from my life! coming back to consciousness… My body has regulated! What a beautiful gift you gave me today! thank you

I like this yoga nidra. I bookmarked it years ago and don’t come back to it often but it’s the one I intentionally choose from time to time. I like the explanations and the slow body scan and I don’t believe I’ve ever knowingly heard it to the end as it relaxes me and helps me to sleep. I can find it again because The Stillpoint is a great and memorable name. Thank you.

This was lovely. Although I practise regularly it was a warm and gentle pace equally good for beginners or more experienced and I really relaxed with if. Just what I needed after a long day. Thank you
