This simple practice enables you to take back control of how you feel and avoid simply reacting unconsciously. Using the ABC method created by Peter and Sue Dawson - Acknowledge how you feel right now, Breathe rhythmically and choose consciously what you do next, with clarity, but without anxiety and stress. Use this anytime you feel anxious, stressed or overwhelmed & want to pause for a moment of clarity, peace and centredness. The more you use the technique the more effective it becomes.
