Metta Gratitude

Inspired by the form of a metta meditation and integral meta theory. This gratitude practice is accompanied by gently powerful music which supports our focus and enables us to embody and sustain gratitude more deeply. You can either simply focus on your breath and listen, or repeat the phrases of the meditation or repeat "thank you" as a mantra. A wonderful practice to do at any time of the day.
