This practice is great for when you are feeling the need to support world peace through consciousness shifts. Radiate love to the world and feel the peace spread. Yoga Nidra is a hypnogogic state of consciousness that can be used for deep relaxation, creating new habits, releasing old programming, or reaching states of spiritual awakening. Practice in savasana (corpse pose) with a bolster under your knees and a pillow under your head in a comfortable quiet room or sitting up if you tend to fall asleep.
