Put down the weight of your bag of worries that you carry on your shoulders all day.

You deserve to let them go.

Feel the load ease as you lay in your bed.

Let the frustrations of the day flow over you and beyond like the water from a beautiful warm shower.

Feel cleansed as they flow away.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

Notice you feel lighter as you lay in your beautiful bed.

Feel as if you are floating but fully supported.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You are warm.

Feel your face rest gently on your smooth soft pillow.

Cradled beautifully.

Held gently but with full caring support.

Let go of any tension.

Feel the tension flow out of your body as your whole body relaxes.

Leave yourself completely to your bed.

Allow the bed to fully support you.

I love you.

Thank you.

Allow your weight to sink into the bed.

Let the bed hold you.

Let the pillow fully support the weight of your neck and your head.

Feel safe.
