One Minute Moment
I am a big fan of making things as easy as possible, because too many hurdles just leave me feeling overwhelmed, stopping me from getting things done. That’s why this practice is just a single minute. One out of 1440 in your day. The same amount of time it takes to boil a kettle or snaffle a bar of chocolate. It’s probably only taken you a minute to read this description… So get comfortable, press pause on everything else going on around you & take this short little moment for yourself.
Transcript
Take a moment to get yourself comfortable.
You might want to roll the shoulders a couple of times or take a little stretch of the neck.
Then,
Whenever you're ready,
Bring a stillness into the body.
Take a breath in and softly let it go.
Let yourself sit and be in this moment of pause,
Where just for this single minute,
There is nowhere else to be.
There's nothing else to do.
Remaining here for as long as you like.
Whenever you're ready to,
Taking some easy movement back into the body and returning to your day.
