Hello,

I'd like for you to sit in a comfortable position.

When the eyes are closed,

Just follow your breath.

Being mindful of the breath.

Many things.

Know the breath as it moves.

Allow yourself to become one in this space,

In this moment.

And if a thought arises,

Examine it without touch and then let it disappear.

Simply observe from the heart whatever comes or moves into the mind.

Sit.

Maintain a stillness.

Breathe.

And allow any thoughts to be washed away.

Just notice.

Just observe.

And let it be pulled out into the sea.

Just a simple mindfulness and observation.

We watch the mind at times to see who we aren't.

Thoughts go by like a wave.

Feelings go by like a wave.

Sensations go by and are washed away.

Memories might go by and can be washed away too.

Thoughts within the mind arise moment to moment and can still be washed away.

Then there is silence.

There is stillness within.

Exploring the mind.

Letting the thoughts go.

And embracing the silence within.

As if you can teleport yourself to a quiet place on the beach.

A moment of smelling the salt.

A moment of tasting.

Dissolving the judgement within the mind.

Sensing your mind.

What are you thinking about?

What needs to be washed away?

What are you hearing?

Does it need to be washed away?

And what are you remembering that needs to be washed away now?

So you can be fully present in the now.

Become aware of this ever changing mental imagery.

How the sounds can balance you.

How the sounds can change itself.

How the sounds of the waves can change your thoughts.

How the sounds of the waves can transform how you feel.

Taking you to a different world.

Far,

Far away.

On that quiet beach.

Becoming so focused with this oneness.

With the beach.

Just releasing what needs to be released.

Moment to moment.

Allowing the feelings and thoughts to wash away.

Clearing and quieting your state of mind.

Just a light awareness.

Investigating the space.

And letting go.

Connecting to your great mind and imagination.

Simply seeing.

Seeing a joy beyond your imagination.

We let go.

We go deeper.

We transcend.

We experience the sacred space on the beach.

Allowing the tiny thoughts to float away.

To wash away.

In this vast emptiness and space.

Creating this deep sense of comfort and calmness.

Feeling centered.

Everything in perfect harmony and balance.

You are one.

We are one.

Be one with this space.

Merge with this space.

And release the uninvited.

Allow the calmness and the breath to flow through you.

Infinite mind.

Peaceful spirit.

Never changing mental imagery.

Letting the thoughts go.

Letting the feelings go.

Letting the memories go.

Moment to moment.

Washed away.

Truly become one with your mental imagery.

You no longer need to invest in what we call ourselves.

Our thoughts.

Our feelings.

Our desires or fears.

We're just exploring the mind.

And releasing it all.

Now gently.

Easily.

Wave after wave.

And breathing in the breath of life.

Feeling grateful for the breath of life.

Everything slows down.

Everything washed away.

Quiet.

Calm.

Center.

Embellished.

And it is so.
