Details

A 3-day retreat for the High - Functioning and the Emotionally Exhausted The Somatic Healing Digital Detox Retreat is your invitation to slow down — to step away from the constant doing, managing, and overthinking that leaves you running on empty. Guided by Jaspreet, a nervous system reset expert, clinical pharmacist, and holistic somatic practitioner who supports high-performing, sensitive people, this retreat offers space to rest, feel, and finally breathe again. Set in nature and free from screens or digital noise, you’ll move through somatic healing, breathwork, and embodied practices that gently unwind burnout and restore connection to your body’s natural rhythms. This isn’t about escaping your life — it’s about coming back into it more whole. A place where rest becomes medicine, overthinking softens into feeling, and your nervous system learns that safety and slowness can coexist. Being held in this space with Jaspreet is a quiet blessing — a chance to remember who you are beneath the burnout.

Schedule

This retreat flows with the natural rhythm of the body — slow, spacious, and intuitive. There’s no rigid timetable, only a gentle structure that allows your system to unwind, ground, and recalibrate. A day may unfold like this: 7:30 AM — Quiet Awakening Ease into the day with silence and simplicity. Sip herbal tea or warm lemon water, journal, or simply breathe with the morning light. 8:00 AM — Morning Grounding & Breathwork A gentle blend of grounding meditation and conscious breathwork to calm your mind, anchor your energy, and open the body to presence. 9:00 AM — Nourishing Breakfast A fresh, home-cooked meal to gently energize and stabilise your system. 10:30 AM — Time in Nature Guided or solo walks through 68 acres of wild woodland and open fields — a chance to slow your pace, listen inwardly, and reconnect with the natural world. 12:00 PM — Medicinal Movement & Rest Gentle, intuitive movement to support circulation, digestion, and emotional release — designed to awaken flow without strain. This is followed by unstructured rest time to integrate, nap, or simply be. Here, movement itself becomes medicine, helping your body process and reset. 1:00 PM — Lunch A warm, nutrient-dense meal prepared by the private chef, offering comfort and grounding. 2:30 PM — Somatic Healing Practice A deeply restorative, body-based session designed to release tension and reset the nervous system. These somatic practices are profoundly transformative, inviting lasting shifts in how you feel, breathe, and inhabit your body — true regulation from the inside out. 4:00 PM — Free Time Open space to reflect, journal, or rest by the fire. 6:00 PM — Dinner A beautifully cooked, slow evening meal shared in quiet connection and gratitude. 7:30 PM — Evening Wind Down Optional relaxation, fireside reflection, or a guided somatic meditation to prepare for deep rest. Night — Deep Rest Return to your cabin, read by lantern light, and let nature cradle you into sleep. Each day is an invitation to slow down, move with intention, and reset your nervous system — grounding in the morning, softening through medicinal movement, and restoring deeply through somatic practice and rest.

Testimonials

info

It was the perfect balance of rest, meditation, grounding, connection to self, working through emotions I didn't know I was still holding on to, quiet time to journal, nature hikes, nervous system education, chanting, delving in to the body and connection with beautiful humans inside & out. It far surpassed my expectations.

Having Jas as a somatic therapist I knew the retreat would provide me with tools to support my healing. The retreat not only offered these tools, it gave me the opportunity to reflect, to lean inwards, to find stillness and to release energy and patterns that do not serve me. Jas created and held the space for our individual healing but also the community we created on the retreat was an unexpected bonus. It was a retreat for the mind, body and soul and I look forward to joining the next one!

Jessica, England

The retreat with Jas was an amazing experience. She is an open and very organised person, who creates a safe space and holds it beautifully. I did not feel like I am responsible for anyone else, but focusing on myself and my own journey, which was a new experience for me. Jas is a trusted and authentic facilitator, where I felt relaxed and having permission to bring all of me. She is doing the work herself, which is obvious in her teachings and the way she explains things it is clear that she not only talks the talk, but walks the walk. Together with a great group of women, amazing chanting evenings, walks outside the beautiful surrounding nature and awesome catered food, I highly recommend this to anyone, who is willing to take the next step on their healing journey and are not afraid to dive deep. Thanks Jas for this transformational experience to set the tone for 2025!
