This Mantra for our souls is a simple tool, one that replaces struggle with support. It's here to help "ease what ails you."

To ease what ails me,
I choose to speak a mantra for my soul.
I breathe in and imagine kindness.
I breathe out and release anger.
I breathe in and imagine hope.
I breathe out and release hardship.
I breathe in and imagine clarity.
I breathe out and release overwhelm.
I breathe in and imagine trust.
I breathe out and release frustration.
I breathe in and imagine excitement.
I breathe out and release guilt.
I breathe in and imagine confidence.
I breathe out and release fear.
I breathe in and imagine peace.
I breathe out and release the struggle.
Breathing in and breathing out,
I honor this time for my soul.
I choose to return whenever my soul requires it.
And so it is.
