These exercises are designed to help you balance the energy of the lungs. All our organs are constantly working to keep our body healthy, and with this practice,e we are taking a moment to say thank you and give back to our amazing lungs, bringing in the breath of life. This exercises, which include gentle movement and a breath visualization, are part of my course "Create Wellbeing Through The Organs". If your lungs liked this nourishing moment, you can find all the information there. Music: Tibetan bowl by Patrizio Music for Relax by Bluebonrelaxon Spring Breeze by Maksym Dudchyk

Welcome,

Today we enter the long realm.

You can do this practice sitting down on a chair,

On a couch or on the floor,

Or even standing up with the feet hip distance apart.

Get comfortable.

Feel your body in the position that you're in,

Either seated or standing,

Taking a few deep breaths,

Just connecting with the flow of the air coming in and out and with your body.

Now,

Gently rub the palms of the hands together,

Creating heat and bring them to your chest,

Connecting,

Feeling and imagining your lungs.

Taking this moment to connect with the movements of the lungs as you inhale and as you exhale.

Keeping this connection with your lungs,

Next time you inhale,

Open the arms to the side at shoulder height and open your chest to the sky.

As you exhale,

Gently bring the palms of the hands in front of your chest and lungs,

Not touching the chest,

Just a few centimeters away.

Again,

At your own rhythm,

Inhale,

Open the arms wide to the side at shoulder height,

Lift the chest to the sky and exhale,

Gently bring the palms in front of your chest,

Creating a gentle rock,

Your chest opening with every inhale and coming back to the center with every exhale.

Keep moving with the rhythm of your breath for the next few minutes,

Feeling your whole upper body opening and closing.

Take one more deep breath in,

Open the chest,

Expand the arms and exhale,

Gently bring the hands to your thighs and your knees.

Keeping the body still,

Observing how your body-mind feels in this moment,

You can choose to close your eyes or not.

For the next part of our practice,

You can choose to close your eyes or not.

We're going to do a little breath visualization.

So as you gently inhale through your nose,

Slowly sipping the air,

Making the inhale as long as you can,

Imagine a cool,

White,

Purifying mist entering your lungs.

Hold the breath in for a second or two,

Imagine visualizing this mist collecting old grief,

Sadness and tension from your lungs and releasing it with a very gentle,

Slow exhale.

Continuing like this,

Every inhale will bring in this beautiful,

Pearly,

White mist,

Allowing it to sit in your lungs for a second or two,

Grabbing any tension,

Grief or sadness that has been stuck there and every time you exhale,

You release slowly anything that needs to be released from your lungs.

Keep going for around two more minutes,

Inhaling,

Bringing this beautiful,

Pearly,

White mist into your lungs,

Allowing it to sit there and exhaling,

Releasing any old,

Stagnant grief,

Sadness or tension from your lungs.

Take one more deep inhale in,

Bringing in this pearly,

White mist to your lungs.

Hold the breath and as you exhale,

Sigh it out.

One more time,

Gently rub the palms of the hands together,

Bringing them again to your chest and imagine your lungs shining with this pearly,

White color.

Feeling the top,

The bottom,

The front,

The back of your lungs shining,

Vibrating with this pearly,

White color.

Smile into your lungs,

Giving gratitude to your lungs for bringing in life,

Joy or letting go of what doesn't serve you to bring in space for more life,

More goodness.

Take a deep inhale here and slowly bring the hands down and start to blink your eyes open.

Thank you for joining me today.

If you feel your lungs need some extra love,

Feel free to repeat these exercises as much as you need.
