Excellent course with lots of tips advice on how to deal with our thoughts which affect our emotions and actions. Any tools you have are a real bonus and an insight into how to make space for our feelings acceptance but also reflect . It’s helped me a lot as I have some practical skills now I can use gently. Change I think is only obtained this way . Not how I used to be a bull in a China store . It’s really worthwhile for everyone. I would honestly recommend so we understand ourselves that bit more . Thank you 🙏

Wonderfully calming practice. I was in a disregulated state before I started, anxious, irritable, tense, shallow breath, but after just a few mins of breathing in this way I started feeling much more calm and in a atate of peace. Ty very much
