This is an active meditation using mindful tapping to Open and connect you to Divine Guidance. As you allow the energy around you to feel peaceful and calm, you will begin to feel the benefits of this rejuvinating practice; a newfound, optimistic and stress free state of mind.

Hi there,

It's Kelly here and today I want to share with you a mindful tapping meditation for opening to more divine guidance.

So if you'd like to get nice and comfortable,

Take some time to allow your body to feel relaxed and calm.

Maybe making your out-breath slightly longer than your in-breath to assist this process.

And as you close your eyes,

Allow the energy around you to start to feel peaceful and calm.

Bring your attention to your centre and take a few breaths here.

Knowing that there's nothing for you to do except relax.

So as part of this active meditation today,

We're going to be tapping on various points on the body.

The points are from a system called modern energy tapping.

And you can look them up on the internet if you'd like to download a picture of them.

But for now,

Place your hands one over the other on top of your heart.

And just allow yourself to feel a connection as if you're re-energising your own energy systems.

Now imagine with your breath,

You're breathing in beautiful light.

And on your out-breath,

You're flowing it through your body,

Through every cell of your being.

Allow that breath to then expand into the energy around you,

Creating beautiful light.

And then feel that light expanding,

Growing,

Spreading up higher and wider and beneath you.

Beautiful white light.

And then now set your intention that you'd like to open to more divine guidance.

You may have a guide in mind that you'd like to connect with.

Or you may be open to working with new divine guides.

Now taking whichever hand is on top,

Gently up to the very top of your crown and gently and lightly tapping in a rhythmic way,

I can open to more divine guidance.

Take a nice breath in and out.

Hold that thought of opening to more divine guidance.

Now bringing your hand down and gently tapping the forehead right in the centre of the forehead,

The third eye point.

I am opening to more divine guidance.

Take a nice breath in and out.

And notice your energy becoming lighter and finer and more open.

As you now gently move your hand across to the very corner of your eyebrow,

The corner nearest your nose,

Gently and lightly and lovingly tapping.

I am opening to more divine guidance.

Taking a breath in all the way out,

Allowing the body to relax and the mind to relax.

Now just take your fingers across to the very corner outside edge of your eye,

Rhythmically and lovingly tapping that point.

I am open to divine guidance.

Nice breath in and out.

Holding the intention to soften and open to your divine guidance.

Now gently bringing your fingers round to directly under your pupil,

Tapping on the eye socket bone.

I am opening to more divine guidance.

In love I open to divine guidance.

Good.

Allowing your breath to just flow naturally.

Feeling more light coming to you with each breath you take.

Taking your finger down to just under your nose and above your top lip in the very centre.

I am ready to receive and open to more divine guidance.

Gently and lovingly tapping.

Feeling guidance coming closer now.

Drawing in the presence of the divine or of a specific guide that you have asked to work with.

If you do have a guide that you have named,

Use their name as you tap.

Now we are moving the finger down to the chin,

The middle of the chin.

I am opening to my highest divine guidance.

I am opening and clearing any blocks to the highest divine guidance now.

Breathing in that light,

Breathing it out and down through your body.

Now moving your fingers down to your collarbone and you are tapping on the K27 collarbone point which is the N nodule.

Just near to your neck and throat.

I am open to divine guidance.

Open to divine guidance.

Enjoying the moments in between.

Allowing your energies to absorb even more light.

Maybe you are aware of your guides presence now.

Welcome them and ask them to come closer.

Moving your tapping hand down to the thumb and we are tapping on the base of the nail on the outside edge of the thumb.

Completely open to divine guidance and love now.

Nice breath in and out.

Stay soft in your body,

Soft in your heart.

Now moving on to your first finger.

Gently and lovingly tapping.

I am completely open to divine guidance.

Nice breath in and out.

Moving on to your middle finger.

I am ready to receive divine guidance.

And if you have any questions for your guides send the question out as you tap your middle finger point on the base of the nail on the outside edge.

Or you can just allow yourself to be in the energy with the guides.

Now moving on to the ring finger.

Tapping the base of the nail gently and rhythmically.

My heart and mind are listening for my divine guidance.

I welcome my divine guidance now.

Nice breath in and out.

Now tapping on the base of the nail on the outside edge of the thumb.

I am now moving on to my middle finger.

Gently and lovingly.

Gently tapping on the base of the nail.

Gently tapping on the base the back of the outside edge.

I fully open to receive divine guidance now.

And now just place your hands back over your heart and be in this energy of divine guidance.

Focus on your breath and enjoy this time.

Now you can continue to sit in that presence or you can bring yourself gently back to the here and now.

Thanking whatever divine guidance has been with you today.

Thanking for answers if you've asked questions and knowing that that might come throughout the day.

And thank you for being here.
