I am floored by the impact of this meditation! At first I thought it sounded a little ominous, but as I stuck with it, the color behind my eyes flooded with a deep purple and my brain went into some kind of creative drive that also made me hypersensitive to my current state within and around my body as I sit. I love how I feel on the other side of this—excited about my creativity, centered in where I am NOW, and deeply rested. Wonderful practice!
