Instantly Align With Nature
In today's brief lesson, you will have the opportunity to zoom out and experience being one with nature. This can be done wherever you are, whether inside or outside. It's a mental exercise that can transport your perspective and create a feeling of wholeness anytime.

Thank you for being here!
So here's what we're going to do today,
And it's a really cool exercise.
I realized one day when I took a walk in the woods.
That in the woods.
I'm the same as any other being.
Basically the woods,
The big trees,
If they were to see me.
And regard me as I'm walking.
They would not think,
Oh,
That's a creature with a whole lot of emotions and problems and worries and anxieties and concerns and blah,
Blah,
Blah.
I would just be like another life form,
Like a squirrel.
Or a bug or a butterfly,
Just another part of life that is.
Part of all of this.
And you know,
I kind of love that.
So today I want you to.
Take a few minutes.
For this lesson time,
Zoom out.
Zoom out and see yourself.
From outside,
Not through all of your emotions and whatever,
But see yourself as part of all creation.
It's a good one to do outside,
But if it's not conducive to doing this outside,
Do it wherever you are.
But maybe close your eyes and imagine yourself walking through the woods for this one or walking down the beach or whatever it is that makes you.
Connect with nature.
But see yourself from nature's perspective.
As a part of everything here,
All of the.
Stuff running around in your head just doesn't really exist,
Isn't seen,
Isn't noticed,
Isn't really relevant.
Just your seamless part of all nature.
Belonging.
Belonging to all of this and If you can see yourself from this perspective,
All there is is just this sense of belonging.
And being connected.
And that's a great thing to come back to.
So sit for a few minutes and do this little imaginary exercise.
Okay and get to the point where you feel connected to all and that there's nothing else that matters and then bring yourself back there a few times today.
Bring yourself back to that idea.
And I think this is a really powerful exercise.
So I look forward to hearing.
If you agree.
Okay,
Good job today.
Continue your great work.
