During this meditation,

You'll have an opportunity to settle in and to set yourself free.

As you get comfortable,

Just watch as these beautiful birds float gently,

Easily on the breeze.

There's no force.

There's no trying.

They just flow.

Allowing themselves to be carried.

Closing your eyes and opening your heart wide.

Following each breath.

As you inhale,

Allow yourself to ride that beautiful breath.

Bringing it into all the places and spaces within you that need it.

And as you exhale,

Fully surrender.

Feel what it would feel like to float,

Gently moving with the breeze.

Moving back and forth.

Inhalation to exhalation.

Connecting with the energy of ease,

Of grace,

And freedom.

On your next inhalation,

Focus at the heart space.

So often this space can get shut down over time from fear,

Anger,

Resentments,

Guilt,

Deep sorrow.

So we're going to open this space,

Lightening our emotional weight.

By being aware of the breath as it moves in and out.

Every breath an opportunity to feel an expansion here,

An opening at the heart space.

Moving past any perceived barriers to having an open heart.

Softly allowing yourself to move through these barriers,

Letting them dissolve.

With your gentle kindness,

Compassion.

And letting that energy grow with every breath.

Every heartfelt breath.

Expanding the heart space.

Allowing yourself in this moment to know that you are safe.

You are safe to have an open heart.

You are safe to breathe and to be.

Let the exhalation soften any constrictions,

Any tension,

Any fear.

Gently moving from that place of tension,

Of fear,

And as you inhale feeling the potential for openness.

For growing out of that.

To move into an expansiveness.

On your next inhalation,

Let the breath drop down,

Sinking into your belly.

As you breathe,

Let the focus be here now.

Feeling the rise and the fall of the breath with every inhalation and exhalation.

Freeing up space in the emotional center.

Freeing up space for you to breathe,

To be.

Taking a few moments here and connecting to any emotions that you feel repetitively.

These emotions may be some of the similar ones that you felt up in your heart space.

But oftentimes they're a little bit deeper.

They're a little bit more primal.

So again,

Tune in and see if there's any emotions that you are ready to release,

To be free of.

To create some space,

Some expansiveness in the emotional center.

And as you've allowed yourself to release,

Enjoy some of the space that you've created within both of these very sacred centers.

In the emotional center,

Lower down in the belly,

And in the heart center.

The heart center has all these beautiful streams of energy that touches all aspects of our life.

Just allow yourself to go through these energy centers with the breath and feel the space,

The space that you have created by being willing to tap into and to let go of anything that was weighing heavy or constricting.

Acknowledge and honor the openness that you have allowed for.

Now allowing for some full body breaths.

So inhaling and allow that breath to move through the entire body and moving out even beyond the perceived barriers of the physical body moving outward and then back to center.

And then outward once again and just feel this expansiveness,

This opening throughout the entire body temple and beyond.

And now allowing yourself to open your eyes,

Gazing upon the screen,

Taking in all of nature's beauty.

Having that alignment with all that is,

You've now created space for this beautiful freedom.

You quieted your mind and opened your heart to the infinite potential that awaits you.

Breathe it in,

Take it into all your cells.

Have a beautiful day.
