Located outside Charlottesville, VA, the house is within 2.5 hours driving distance from the greater DC Metro & surrounding areas, Richmond, VA, and other major mid-Atlantic urban hubs. The 34-acre property boasts spectacular mountain views, trails and streams. Points of interest within an hour’s drive include: the Appalachian Trail, Shenandoah National Park & Skyline Drive, and several local wineries, breweries and distilleries.

Guests may gather at the dining table (pictured) for shared connection, or—when the weather allows—step outside to savor their meal amidst the serene beauty of the property. With multiple seating options, you’ll have the freedom to enjoy your food in community or in solitude, always surrounded by the peaceful mountain atmosphere. Meals are thoughtfully prepared to be wholesome, balanced, and satisfying—reflecting the supportive spirit of the retreat environment. No prior experience is required—just bring an open heart, a willingness to explore, and comfortable clothing for sleep!
Cancellation policy
The remaining balance for the retreat is due 60 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 60 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 60 days before the retreat begins.
