Welcome to your end of day energy cleanse.
Settle into a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
And close your eyes gently.
Allow yourself to let go of the daisy bits.
Take a deep breath in through your nose as deep as you can take it.
Feel your chest and your belly expand.
And slowly exhale through your mouth.
Releasing any tension you may be holding.
Let's begin.
Imagine yourself standing beneath a warm waterfall of golden light.
The light cascades down,
Washing away any heaviness or stress that has built up during the day.
Feel the warmth of light as it touches the top of your head,
Slowly flowing down your neck,
Across your shoulders,
And over your entire body.
With each breath,
Allow this light to cleanse and restore your energy,
Dissolving anything that no longer serves you.
Visualize this golden light moving down your body,
From your chest to your arms,
Releasing any lingering worries.
It flows down through your abdomen,
Your legs,
And out through the soles of your feet,
Carrying away all tension,
Leaving you feeling refreshed and light.
Now bring your attention to your heart.
Picture a soft,
Glowing light there,
A color that feels comforting to you,
