Find a quiet spot where you can be comfortable and either sit or lie down.

Gently close your eyes if that feels good to you.

Take a moment to be mindful of your breath and just connect to it.

Now let's take a few grounding deep breaths.

Slowly in and slowly out.

Repeat these affirmations aloud or silently.
