Welcome.

Today we're going to be using EFT,

Emotional freedom techniques,

Tapping,

To tap away your stress,

Tap away this feeling of stress in your body.

So before we start tapping,

I'd like you to think about how strongly you are feeling this stress on a scale from zero to 10.

How intense is that feeling?

Notice where you're feeling it in your body and notice how intense it is.

We will calibrate again at the end and see how the number has changed.

So for right now,

Where are you?

Is it a 10?

Is it really,

Really,

Really intense?

Or is it a little lower?

Notice that feeling.

And now let's start.

So to begin with,

We'll tap on the side of the hand.

This is the karate chop point.

And as you tap on the side of the hand,

Repeat after me.

Even though I'm feeling the stress,

I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

And now we'll start going through the points.

So tap first above the eyebrow,

Right on your forehead above your eyebrow.

You can tap with one or two hands,

It doesn't matter,

Whatever you feel comfortable with.

And keep repeating after me.

All of this stress just feels so overwhelming.

Now tap to the side of the eye.

I feel it in my body.

And sometimes it paralyzes me into inaction.

Under the eye.

I don't know how to manage this feeling of stress.

Under the nose.

And I don't know how to make it go away.

Under the lip in that dip on the chin.

This stress keeps me from doing what I really want to do.

The collarbone.

It keeps me from doing the things that I know I need to do.

Under the arm,

The rib,

Like upper ribs.

And sometimes it just makes it hard to accomplish anything.

Top of the head,

Crown of the head.

I look at my to do list for the day and I feel overwhelmed.

Now back to the eyebrow.

I don't know where to start.

I don't know what to do first.

Side of the eye.

I don't know if any of it even matters.

Under the eye.

And it's not just that that stresses me out.

Under the nose.

It's relationships and work and my home and so so so many things.

Under the lip.

Sometimes I just feel like I just need to sleep for a week.

Collarbone.

But I know that's not a solution.

Under the arm.

I just wish I knew what a solution was.

Top of the head.

I feel desperate.

Overwhelmed.

And I'll try anything.

We're going to pause here.

That was two rounds through focusing on those negative feelings.

So if there are additional negative feelings or thoughts that you are feeling that your body is expressing at this moment,

You can pause this recording and keep going.

Keep tapping through the sequence and saying those things out loud.

I'm going to make a shift now we're going to start tapping through this the same sequence,

But with a positive affirming language.

So if you need to tap out some more stress first by all means do that,

I will be right here waiting for you when you come back.

Okay,

So if you're ready,

Let's keep going.

We're going to keep tapping through the same points will do two more rounds.

And this time we'll be focusing on the positive letting that higher self voice talk.

So starting above the eyebrow.

First of all,

I know that not all stress is bad stress.

Side of the eye.

So I appreciate the good stress.

Because I know it makes my life interesting.

Under the eye.

And as far as the bad stress is concerned,

I'm choosing to let go.

Under the nose.

I'm letting go of what I can let go of.

Under the lip.

And I'm accepting right now that there's a lot I've been holding on to that I can let go of collarbone.

In fact,

A lot of what I've been holding on to.

It was just the illusion of control.

Under the arm.

And I don't need that illusion of control to feel comfortable and safe in my body and in my life.

Top of the head.

This stress has been such a companion to me that it's hard to imagine letting go of it.

Eyebrow.

So it's not that I'm saying goodbye forever.

Side of the eye.

I'm just letting go for today.

Under the eye.

And I know that that is a choice I can make every day.

Under the nose.

In fact,

I don't even have to pick up the stress.

Under the lip.

But when I pick it up,

I can always let it go.

Collarbone.

I'm grateful for this reminder.

Under the arm.

Because that's what stress is.

It's a reminder to let go.

Top of the head.

And I'm ready for today.

And for all the beautiful surprises and good things that this day contains.

Okay,

That was two rounds through.

If there's more that you would like to tap and affirm,

By all means,

Go ahead and do that.

I will say take a deep breath in.

And let it out.

And now see how you're feeling.

Ask yourself again what that number is,

How intensely you are feeling that stress on a scale from zero to 10.

Notice how it has gone down.

If it hasn't gone down as much as you would like it to,

Then keep on tapping.

This is a really powerful technique,

And I'm so grateful that you join me today to do it together.

Have a wonderful day,

And I'll see you next time.

Loved sending your last live on overwhelm and procrastination. Was able to see the gift and information behind my swirling emotions. Feel much more gentle and light like a balloon. Good luck with everything!
