
Dear Head, Thank You
This meditation is part of a series designed to help you reconnect with yourself, one part at a time. In this meditation, you will turn your attention toward your head, the part of you that holds your thoughts, dreams, worries, and wild ideas. You will be guided to meet this part with mindful presence, thank it for holding your dreams, decisions, and daily load, and offer it soft, renewing energy so it may feel clear, supported, and spacious. Return to this practice whenever you feel mental fatigue, heaviness, pressure in your temples, headaches, a racing mind, or simply when your head needs rest.
