Details

This gathering offers a calm, intentional space to release what no longer needs to be carried and to clarify what participants wish to call in for the remainder of the year. Guided through a cohesive arc of somatic movement, reflection, and meditation, the experience supports both physical and energetic integration. Movement serves as a way to gently release the residue of the past months, guided journaling brings clarity to intention, and meditation creates space for those intentions to settle and take root. The environment is grounded, invitational, and designed to support nervous system regulation, presence, and a felt sense of alignment moving forward.
