Step into the Deep Rooted Garden, a timeless place where stories, herbs, and inner wisdom meet. In this guided experience, you’ll be welcomed by Anara Maelah, the gentle keeper of the garden, before entering a legend carried through generations. In today’s teaching, Honeysuckle offers a reminder that the past is not a place you’re meant to live. Through the story of a young seeker and the affirmation poem that follows, you’ll be invited to release old echoes, soften the grip of yesterday, and reconnect with the version of you who is ready to move forward. This session blends storytelling, visualization, and reflection to help you loosen what’s heavy and step into what’s true. A grounding close returns you to the garden, where wisdom grows at the pace of your own becoming. Come with an open heart. Leave with a little more lightness. Ah,

I felt your return before I heard your steps.

Welcome back to the deep-rooted garden.

This place remembers you,

And so do I.

Come,

Let us open the Book of Rooted Wisdom and see what wishes to meet you today.

Mm-hmm,

This is a good one.

Thank you,

Anaramela.

Legend has it,

Long ago,

A young seeker came to the deep-rooted garden with a heart heavy with old echoes.

He wasn't sleeping.

He lost friendships.

He was trapped in loops of past mistakes and old regrets.

He couldn't let go of what had been done to him or what he wished he had done differently.

One day,

A true friend told him of a garden whispered about in stories,

A place where wisdom of herbs could help him release the past.

Hearing this stirred up a small spark of hope he hadn't felt in years.

He knew he wanted to marry his childhood love but felt too weighed down to move forward.

So he told her he must go on this journey.

She embraced him,

Placed a small bag of treats in his hands,

And he set off into the woods.

It was dark,

Uncertain,

And he didn't know the way.

But they say the deep-rooted garden speaks soul to soul when a seeker is truly ready.

After two days,

Tired and out of supplies,

He saw it appear almost like a mirage.

The gates opened on their own.

Inside he found no one but he did discover a great book,

Open to a page with a flower he hadn't seen before.

It was honeysuckle.

On the page he read,

When the past won't leave you be,

Let honeysuckle remind you that yesterday is gone and each moment is a new dawn.

Beside the book was a small jar of honeysuckle flower essence.

He drank it,

Fell asleep,

And when he woke,

He was back home,

Lighter,

Grateful,

Changed.

Slowly,

The weight he carried for years began to fade.

He listened more,

He loved more easily,

He forgave more freely.

And when he stood before his sweetheart again,

His heart was no longer tangled in yesterday.

They married soon after,

And their life unfolded with a peace he once thought impossible.

And so today,

Honeysuckle invites you to explore where you might be holding on instead of letting go.

And as honeysuckle invites you to loosen your hold on the past,

Take a breath,

Close your eyes,

Or soften your gaze,

And let these words remind you of where you've been and who you're becoming.

I choose to honor who I was and what I've done.

I'm here today,

That means I've already won.

I choose to embrace the new version of me,

Living each day with intentionality.

I choose to see yesterday as lessons learned,

Some fun,

Some not so fun,

Yet in my truth I stand more firm.

When life,

Life's as it always does,

I'll remember I get to choose to rise above.

In this moment,

I reflect on who I'm stepping into,

Loving what I say,

Do,

And how I move.

I'm ready now to release the past,

What was,

Clearing emotional fog and all that mental fuzz.

I'm excited for what the new me has in store as I choose to fully walk the path opening the door that was waiting for me.

When you're ready,

We'll return to the garden where Anara waits to close our time together.

You are always welcome here in the deep-rooted garden.

Until next visit,

May the roots beneath you stay strong,

And may the wisdom you found today continue to grow.

Yes,

And may the wisdom of the deep-rooted garden guide you until we meet again.

Reminder to not shackle yourself to the past and the mistakes made. But to appreciate the person you are now and who you're becoming. Good read 😊
