This is your invitation to step out of the noise and into the sacred. The Spring Equinox Retreat is your space to pause. Held in the heart of Scotland, surrounded by wild land and elemental energy, this is a soulfully curated gathering to soften your body, replenish your nervous system, reawaken your clarity, open your inner knowing, reawaken your relationship with joy, clarity, creative energy and meet the next season of your life from a rooted, resourced place. A quiet longing to rest. To reset. To remember who you are when you’re not holding everyone else together. It’s time to let go of what’s weighing you down and rise into what’s next. Step away from the noise, the pressure, the constant holding-it-all-together. This is more than a retreat, it’s a sacred threshold. As winter turns to spring, you’ll release what no longer serves and gently root into a new season of clarity, confidence, and calm. You’ll be held in quiet mornings, nourishing food, simple luxuries, meaningful conversation, and coaching designed to guide you gently inward and bring you home to yourself.

If your heart is craving some time, a chance to rest fully in warm gentle surroundings, in a place where there is support as well as ample time to simply be – then this is the retreat for you. I arrived a little crumpled and I’m leaving with a sparkle in my eyes and trust in my soul. Beautiful!

Rhiana, England

It has benefited me in more ways than I could have imagined. I have found me again.

Bryony, Scotland

I booked this retreat to recover from burn out and exhaustion but it ended up being so much more than a place to rest. I was able to explore the old coping mechanisms that were exhausting me and finally bring myself to a place to let them go. I have met myself again, my true self and I am ready to see where we will go next on this journey together

Jo, England

I looked in the mirror and smiled to myself. It’s been a long time

A Wee Retreat exceeded my expectations; it will get you moving, chatting, connection with others and re-connecting with yourself. Trust Suzi and the team to take care of you.

Emily, USA

Suzi and the team provided the most amazing retreat in a safe and positive environment. I felt calm and was able to see clearly what had been overwhelming me for so long. We also had great fun the whole weekend and I was privileged to spend it with a fabulous group of women.

Ruth, England

This retreat has brought me home to myself. I have distracted myself from quiet for so long because of anxiety stress and pressures of life. Suzi and her team have created a magical environment that celebrates womanhood and the power of rest.
