More discipline.” ✔️ “But I’m already trying SO hard. It just feels like nothing I do is working.” ✔️ “So what is WRONG with me??” Sound familiar? ❌ You’re done feeling stuck. ❌ Done fighting a constant battle. ❌ Done doubting yourself, overthinking, and procrastinating. ❌ Done feeling overwhelmed and unfulfilled. ✨ It’s time to stop chasing quick fixes. ✨ It’s time to finally get off the hamster wheel. ✨ It’s time to get your spark back. ✨ It’s time to stop surviving and start thriving. — Coming Home to Wholeness is a transformative 4-day women’s retreat nestled in an enchanted forest treehouse designed for the ambitious woman ready to reconnect with her joy, clarity, and inner power. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided each day of the retreat, beginning with dinner on Thursday and ending with breakfast on Sunday. Every meal is made from scratch with seasonal, organic, whole-food ingredients thoughtfully crafted by a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDNP) to fuel your body, regulate your nervous system, and help you feel fully supported from the inside out. Unlimited organic coffee, herbal teas, and nourishing snacks will also be available throughout the weekend to keep you energized, cozy, and cared for. Gluten-free and dairy-free options will be available at every meal, but let us know if you have other specific dietary restrictions, and we'll do our very best to accommodate.

Schedule

Thursday evening: We’ll arrive, share a nourishing dinner, set intentions, and open the retreat space together. This is where we create the safe, supportive container for the journey ahead. Friday: Our focus is on identifying and releasing what no longer serves. Themes include values alignment, non-attachment, surrender, safety, shadow work, nervous system regulation, gentle movement, and time in nature. Saturday: We shift into rebirth and renewal, calling in the qualities, habits, and identity you want to embody. We’ll explore self-trust, discernment, intuition, higher self embodiment, visualization, and hypnosis. Sunday: We close the container with integration and intention-setting for life after the retreat, followed by a beautiful brunch together before departure.

Testimonials

info

“I've never had such an open and vulnerable experience with anyone, much less perfect strangers. The group of women with the support and love has changed me deeply, allowing me to open myself up and relate to others with the same love and care that I desperately needed to direct inward. Everything about it was invaluable to me.”

KL, United States

“If you have the opportunity to attend a retreat hosted by Ariel and Allison, GO! The blend of meditation, discussion, and reflection allowed me to experience a sense of peace and calm I’ve never felt before. I now have a unique set of tools to work through and manage my stress, and I feel that I can move forward with more purpose and intent. On top of all that, the treehouse and surrounding neighborhood is purely magical. I enjoyed every moment.”

Sandy S, United States

“The retreat was everything I hoped for and more. I learned and experienced so many beneficial things. There really are no words to sum it all up. I noticed the attention to detail and it was so special and appreciated. Excellent accommodations, food was so incredible, and the knowledge shared was powerful.”

Heather G, United States

“I would recommend this retreat for any woman desiring direction on how to deal with life and life’s issues in a supportive and loving community. [I gained] an understanding of why I act in ways that don’t serve me and how to work toward the happiness that I desire and deserve. I am grateful for this experience and the well thought design that brought all of us closer to our higher selves, to heal wounds, and to recover self love, joy, and laughter… lots and lots of laughter!!!”

AS, United States

“It was more powerful than I expected. [One of my biggest breakthroughs was] feeling safe in my own body. My nervous system was regulated and now I know what that feels like! [The retreat was] life changing. Worth every penny.”

Stacie M, United States

“This was a wonderful experience that I’m so glad I made the choice to come to. Relaxing, bonding, learning and working on myself made this retreat a perfect choice for me. I learned a lot about myself and feel good about my future. Also made a few friends that I hope to stay in touch with!”

Tammy W, United States

“Ariel and Allison created the perfect environment to support me while I worked through some heavy sh*t. I was blown away by their wisdom and warmth. They fostered such a safe environment for us to dive deep and open up to each other. They are very clearly meant to be doing this kind of work. I will forever be grateful that I got to have this experience and benefit from their gifts. I still cannot believe how quickly and deeply I connected with the other guests. I hope we will be close friends for years.”

Kat M, United States

“I honestly can’t say enough good things about this Wellness retreat. I looked back through the description of “what you’ll leave with” after the weekend, and that is exactly what I left with and more. I do feel a soul-level shift and have an integrated “knowing” that I Am Enough, not just something I say to myself. I felt profound shifts that happened through the experiential and group nature of this retreat, and I received some real-world tools and practices that I was able to bring back with me to continue practicing body and soul nourishing kindness toward myself. We laughed, we cried, we ate delicious food, we experienced beauty; both in the outside world and in each other. I could go on and on, but instead I will say, GO! It will be an incredible transformative experience for you. Guaranteed.”

Jeanne T, United States

“You need to try this. I’ve been sending the next retreat to my family and friends.”

Carly D, United States

“[This retreat] helped me feel more accepting of myself, more grounded in my truths. More calm moving forward, easier to let go of things that aren’t serving my higher purpose. It helped raise my confidence and self-love!”
