
Whatever You Do, Maintain Your Newly Chosen State Of Being
Most people meditate for manifestation… but lose the state the moment they open their eyes. True manifestation happens when your state of being becomes consistent. It’s not just about visualization or feeling good for a moment—it’s about thinking, feeling, and acting as your future self even when your current circumstances show the opposite. Discover how to maintain a high-frequency state, shift out of lack quickly, and reprogram your mind and emotions so your new identity becomes your baseline. This is where the real transformation—and real manifestation—begins.

Welcome my friend So this is just a very short message for everyone that meditates for manifestation.
Whether you are visualizing your desires or whether you are trying to match your state of being with the state of being of that person that already lives in the end.
Whatever practice you are doing for manifestation.
This is beautiful.
This is your sacred moment in which you align yourself with your vision.
In which you Take your time,
You tune in,
You become fully in alignment.
You send out the right frequency in order to manifest what it is that you desire.
But then my question is.

How much percent of your day are you actually in meditation?
This is most likely only one or two times a day.
Which is a maximum of one or two hours.
In which you are living in that state of being,
In which you are aligning your frequencies.
But then what about those other 14,
15 hours in the day?
Are you still living in alignment with that state of being?
Are you still sending out the frequency of it being already done?
Because most people,
They sit in meditation,
They feel awesome,
They visualize their desire.
Send out the right frequency,
All of the right emotions,
The whole right state of being.
But then the moment they open their eyes,
They see their circumstances.
The person that triggers them walks by and they fall back into that state of lack.
They look at their circumstances that confirm,
I don't have it yet.
And then they are back in the old state of being,
Feeling the old emotions,
Thinking the thoughts that say,
I don't have it.
And they are not sending out the frequency that they should be sending out in order to manifest.
So this is where the real work needs to happen.
This is where the challenge begins.
In your daily life,
Outside of your meditation.
When it is uncomfortable,
When your circumstances show the opposite of what it is that you desire.
Can you stay true?
To that new state of being.
Can you keep sending out that same frequency of it being already done?
Can you stay in those emotions of gratitude,
Of happiness,
As if it is already done?
Can you think the thoughts?
The new thoughts that align with that future version of you.
Because that is what needs to be done if you want to manifest anything.
You need to stay true to that state.
So the challenge is there.
And set yourself a challenge Start off with just one hour or one day.
Say to yourself.

After my meditation.
I will stay true to this state no matter what.
No matter the circumstance,
No matter what happens to me in that moment.
I will stay true to this state.
I will keep living in a state of gratitude.
I will keep sending out the same frequency,
No matter what happens.
And every time you catch yourself Thinking a thought that is not in alignment.
Feeling a feeling that is not in alignment.
You switch back as quickly as you can.
It is no problem to react.
But how long do you react?
How long does it take for you to step back into that new state of being?
And over time,
As you catch yourself and you switch back,
As you catch yourself and you switch back you will start to create a new baseline a new state of being and this old self will not come up again.
It will slowly fade away until you are sending out a whole new frequency all of the time,
Regardless of your circumstances.
And then,
When you constantly live in gratitude,
You feel whole.
You are ignoring,
You are not even noticing your circumstances because you already believe you are living in that new future.
And the magic starts to happen.
That is the moment that you don't care about your manifestation anymore.
You are already feeling fulfilled.
And then.
.
.
The things will come to you.
But you need to stay aware,
Conscious.
At the guard.
Stand guard at your mind.
Stand guard at your heart.
And don't let in any emotions or thoughts that do not align with your future vision.
Catch yourself and switch back over and over again.
And combine that with your daily meditations in which you are becoming more and more familiar with that new state.
So that you cannot fall from it.
And over time as you put in the work Your state of being changes.
You are becoming a whole new person with a whole new energy.
That will create a whole new life.
So challenge yourself.
Take on this challenge.
And see how it works out for you.
Don't give up until this new state becomes a baseline.
And then wait for the magic to happen.
