Ceremonial Guide, energy reader, author, and the person who can name what is energetically true in a room before anyone has spoken a word. I have held sacred space for thousands of hours across five continents, written five books, and spent over a decade sitting in ceremony with leaders who are in the middle of profound becoming. And I am inviting you into my home. Not a venue. Not a retreat center. My actual living space... the energy vortex I have built through years of practice, ceremony, and deep inner work. When you walk through my door, something in your nervous system already begins to settle. That is not a small thing. Our day together is spacious and free-flowing - circle, guided energy work, community acupuncture, time in nature, nourishing meals, and individual energy reflections shared in the room. No curriculum to consume. No performance required. You will leave different from how you arrived. Not because I changed you. Because you are Remembering. Cincinnati, OH 45255 is a peaceful suburban area on the eastern side of Cincinnati, known for its family-friendly neighborhoods, rolling green landscapes, and convenient access to parks, shopping, and the Ohio River. The area offers a quieter residential atmosphere while still being within easy reach of downtown Cincinnati’s cultural attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. With nearby nature preserves, walking trails, and a strong sense of community, it provides a balanced blend of suburban comfort and outdoor accessibility.

I have hosted in-person events here (New Moon Circles, Retreat weekends, Community gatherings, the first Gaia's Love Festival in 2018) through my business since I started it in 2016. The space is designed to comfortably hold 15-20 seated in the living room, and 30-40 flowing through the indoor/outdoor property.

Nourishing, wholesome meals are included throughout the day: a shared lunch, dinner, and snacks woven into the flow of the day. Food is prepared with care and intention, with gluten-free, dairy-free, and organic or locally sourced options incorporated. The menu adapts to the needs of the group. Participants are invited to share any dietary requirements upon registration so the day can be as nourishing for the body as it is for the Soul.

Schedule

This gathering does not follow a fixed agenda. We flow with the energy of the group that arrives because the most profound things happen when we surrender the schedule and trust the room. What you can expect during our time together (10:00am – 8:00pm ET): Morning: Arrival, settling in, opening Circle Midday: Shared lunch, guided meditation + energy transmission, community acupuncture session Afternoon: Time in nature (garden walk, time by the pool), Individual energy reflections shared in community space Evening: Shared dinner, closing Circle Nourishing snacks are available throughout the day. The day is spacious and free-flowing, held by the steady energy vortex of this home... filled with deep conversation, probably some tears, and lots of laughter.

Guest requirements

  • There are no prerequisites for this gathering. You do not need prior meditation experience, energy work experience, or any specific background. The only requirement is that you feel the pull of this day in your body and are ready to show up - open, willing, and ready to be in circle with others navigating the same awakening.

Cancellation policy

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 14 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 14 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 14 days before the retreat begins.
