A warm welcome to you.

Before we begin,

Take a moment to find yourself a comfortable position,

In which you can deeply relax.

Make yourself truly comfortable.

Now take a slow and deep breath in through your nose,

And as you exhale,

Relax your body Another slow breath in through your nose,

Hold it,

And exhale,

Letting all of the air flow out of your body.

One more slow and steady breath,

And exhale,

Allowing yourself to sink into even deeper relaxation.

Allow your breath to flow in and flow out naturally,

Without you having to do anything.

Let's relax every muscle in the body,

Beginning at the feet,

Slowly making your way up,

Consciously relaxing each and every muscle,

Letting go of any tension,

Of any tightness,

Feeling your body completely relax.

Don't forget your face,

Consciously relaxing all of the muscles in your face,

Your forehead,

Your mouth,

Your jaw.

As you lay here,

Completely calm,

Feel the heaviness of your body resting on your back.

And if you think that you are already completely relaxed,

Try to relax a little deeper,

Surrender a little bit more,

And for a moment,

Just lay here,

Knowing that there is nothing that you have to do right now.

There is nothing that you have to fix or change.

Now is a moment where you can just be,

You can just rest.

Now,

Remember,

What is it that you want to manifest?

What is it that you want to create?

Take a moment to become very clear on what it is that you desire.

What do you want to have?

How do you want to feel?

Who do you want to be?

And now that you are clear on what that is,

Visualize that reality as if already done.

See it in your mind's eye.

What is it that you now have?

What are you doing?

And most importantly,

How do you feel?

See yourself living that manifestation right now.

Make that vision so real that you start to feel as if it is done.

Feel it,

Feel the emotions,

Feel the gratitude,

The happiness of having created this,

And let that feeling bring up even more visions.

Stay there.

It is done.

Feel the gratitude.

Feel the celebration.

You can slowly come back to your physical body,

Laying here in bed,

Without losing this state.

You lay here in complete peace,

In complete satisfaction,

Because it is done.

There is nothing more for you to do.

Just enjoy,

Enjoy and relax.

The body can now relax more than ever,

Because what you desire is reality.

The mind can now be still,

Because there is nothing more for you to do.

Allow yourself to rest even deeper into complete peace.
