Welcome,
To this guided sleep meditation.
In this meditation,
I will gently guide you into a state of deep acceptance and complete surrender,
So that you can let go of the day,
Release any resistance,
And rest into the peace that has always already been within you.
Take a moment to find yourself a comfortable position and relax your body.
Whether you're laying on the couch,
Or in your bed,
Allow yourself to fully arrive here,
Now.
This is your time,
A pause from your world,
From your life.
Nothing to fix,
Nothing to control.
Take a deep breath,
Slowly,
In through your nose,
Hold it,
And exhale,
Relax.
Another breath,
In through your nose,
Slow and steady,
And hold it,
And exhale completely.
Another breath,
Deep and slow,
Filling up your lungs with air,
And hold it,
And exhale.
Exhale,
Let all of the air flow out of your body.
Allow your breath to find its own slow rhythm,
And feel it,
Without any effort,
Flowing in and flowing out of your body.
Stay with your breath,
And feel how by placing your attention on your breath,
Your mind is already quieting down a little bit more.
And whenever you feel a thought arising,
Just let it be there,
Without any judgment.
And then,
Just let it go,
Surrender it back to source,
Give it away.
Feel your body softening,
And consciously relax it even more.
Your thoughts are like the clouds in the sky,
They come and they go.
Yet,
The sky stays unaffected.
Just like the sky,
The awareness in which the thoughts arrive is unaffected by the thoughts.
Rest in this awareness,
Aware of being,
Aware of I exist,
Nothing else to it,
Just pure and empty beingness.
Rest in this awareness,
As this awareness,
Empty,
Sky-like awareness.
And allow for everything to be as it is,
Exactly as it is,
Without trying to fix anything,
Or change anything.
In order for something to exist in creation,
It already is accepted,
No matter how you perceive it.
So acceptance is not something that you have to do.
All you have to do,
Is to just let it be.
How can it be,
If it is not already accepted by the creator,
By source?
Now is not the moment to do anything about it,
Or to try to fix it.
Now is the moment to surrender everything back to source.
As you rest in this empty awareness,
Feel everything that bothers you,
All the heaviness,
Loss,
Just drifting away from your being,
Dissolving back into source.
The more you allow things to be as they are,
The more you surrender them.
The more automatic acceptance becomes.
See if you can relax your body and your mind even more,
And become even more one,
Even more present with beingness itself.
If things still come up,
Thoughts,
Restlessness,
Or emotions,
Then just let them be,
Let them be as they are,
While you rest in this awareness,
Sink even deeper,
Even deeper,
Just be as you are,
Empty and free already.
