Today, take a moment to reflect on what you are grateful for. If you are looking for a way to live life more joyfully with less stress, this meditation is a simple way to feel your heart opening and releasing old patterns that no longer resonates with you. For the next 10 minutes, take a deep breath in and focus on the kind of gratitude where you don't take anything for granted, including your own breath.

It's time to go deeper into your heart.

Rarely do we ever thank ourselves for our growth journey,

For always doing our best.

And even when things aren't perfect,

We keep going.

And that's something to be genuinely grateful for.

Right now,

As you are listening to the music in the background,

Imagine that there's a bright light in whatever color you wish going inside your lungs as you breathe in the deepest breath you have ever taken today.

Breathe in.

And as you release your breath,

Imagine that the bright light starts to energize your entire body.

Smile and hold your heart.

Try to feel the sensation in the palms of your hands,

In your fingers.

Breathe in deep and breathe out deep.

It is so important to remind yourself to be grateful every single day.

Freedom is a gift.

It is a privilege.

When we take things for granted,

It gets taken away from us.

So this is a reminder to always anchor yourself in gratitude.

Relax your body.

We're going to breathe for five times through the mouth and out through the mouth.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to feel the oxygen going inside your lungs and into your body.

In three,

Two,

And one.

Breathe in deep from your mouth and breathe out deep through the mouth.

Go deeper.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Last one.

Breathe in deep and breathe out deep.

Hold your breath in five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one.

Let it all go.

How amazing is it that you are alive,

Witnessing your own growth and evolution in this game of life?

Remember when you wanted the things you have right now?

You didn't know how you were going to get it,

But you got it.

All the challenges you encountered in your life brought you to where you are right now.

So be grateful for that.

We are going to breathe in again for 10 times from your mouth and out through your mouth.

In three,

Two,

And one.

Breathe in deep from your mouth and breathe out deep through the mouth.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Deeper,

Breathe in and out.

If your body wants to move,

Just let yourself move with the music,

With the energy.

If your body wants to stay still,

Feel the energy inside of your body.

Repeat these affirmations to yourself.

I am so blessed that I woke up today because many people didn't have that privilege.

I am so grateful for my amazing and healthy body.

I am blessed to have my friends and my family.

I am blessed to have my friends and my family.

I am grateful for my pets,

For they always teach me unconditional love.

I am grateful for what I have right now,

While choosing to be excited for amazing things to come.

I gratefully receive the lessons that each experience brings.

I am grateful for the constant flow of money into my life.

I am grateful for the people that I meet because they have wisdom that I can learn from.

I am thankful for my mistakes because it made me a stronger person.

I am grateful that I get the chance to make my life better today.

Breathe in,

And breathe out.

Just remember that you have the choice to be grateful or to complain about the things happening in your life.

Everything happens for you,

Not to you.

It is your responsibility to shift your state of mind so that you can feel inspired to live life the best way you can.

Breathe in,
