Take a moment to center yourself.

Begin by taking a deep and slow breath,

Inhaling peace and calm into your body.

Inhaling and exhaling all of the problems.

Another deep and slow breath,

Inhaling love and gratitude,

Exhale,

Giving away all of the worries.

Breathe in more love,

More life,

Hold it,

Exhale all of the tension.

Allow your breath to become slower,

To become deeper,

Breathe,

Feel yourself becoming relaxed,

Becoming calm.

Imagine yourself as the sky,

Fast,

Clear,

And your thoughts are like the clouds,

They come,

They go,

Yet the sky stays unaffected,

It stays the same,

Fast sky.

Let your thoughts come and go,

Without giving them a label,

Without identifying yourself with them.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Allowing your breath to become even slower,

Allow yourself to become empty,

Just for a moment.

Whenever a thought arises,

Just let it be,

And let it become still.
