Please come lying down for this meditation or find a comfortable seated position.
Spine is straight,
Shoulders are relaxed,
Chin is parallel to the ground and heart is lifted.
Begin to inhale and exhale down into a space of peace.
Inhale again and exhale down into the heart chakra.
This area is a part of your air element and its chakra name is Anihata.
The heart chakra sits in the middle of the chest on the breastbone.
As we meditate together in the heart chakra,
Bring in the Ahimsa mind,
Which means non-violence.
Ahimsa helps you to form a mind of compassion,
A mind of patience,
A mind for loving others and a mind of self-love.
Let us begin.
Close your eyes.
Palms are facing up.
Inhale into the heart chakra.
And exhale down into a peaceful space.
Begin to visualize a beautiful green light pulsating in the center of your chest in the heart.
With each pulsate,
Stare deep and deep into the green light.
Allow that light to take you further and further into the heart.
Try to become comfortable in this vibration and in your heart chakra.
When this area of the body is weak,
You experience holding on to grief.
You are easily hurt.
You depend on others for love and affection.
You fear rejection.
You are guarded.
You have a helper syndrome and you live a heartless life.
Inhale.
Exhale down.
When you sit in the heart chakra,
Begin to mentally form an Ahimsa vibration in that beautiful green light.
Visualize yourself sewing a creation of words together,
Forming a permanent blanket around the heart chakra.
Begin to sew the word compassion.
Connecting to forgiveness.
Connecting to kindness.
Connecting to love.
Connecting to sacred transformation.
Connecting to patience.
And connecting to service.
Inhale Ahimsa into the body.
And exhale down into the heart.
Still sitting in that beautiful green light in the heart chakra with an Ahimsa mind.
For the next three minutes chant with me.
It's a beautiful Kundalini mantra called Hami Am Brahm Am.
It means we are we and we are God.
And as you chant,
Manifest in the spirit of God,
Your total spirit,
And surrender to your true identity.
Begin to place your left hand,
Open hand on your heart and take your right palm and place it on top of your left palm,
Joining the thumbs together.
Inhale.
And exhale.
And let us begin.
Hami Am Brahm Am.
Hami Am Brahm Am.
Hami Am Brahm Am.
Hami Am Brahm Am.
Hami Am Brahm Am.
Hami Am Brahm Am.
Inhale.
And exhale down.
Remember the heart chakra can easily operate from a level of Ahimsa,
Igniting daily compassion,
Daily self love,
Daily patience,
And love for others.
However,
You have to create this sacred space by spending time with your heart and in your heart.
When you notice you are having heart problems,
Long problems,
And blood pressure problems,
Take a time out of life.
Go into your heart and repair.
You have that power.
All together for final completion.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Bringing the arms down back to the side,
Arms are facing up.
Lay here for a couple more minutes.
And I pray that you have a beautiful,
Bound,
Blissful life.
