Take a deep breath and allow your mind,

Allow your body to relax in through your nose and let the air flow out of your mouth.

Allow your breath to become slower,

To become deeper.

Feel your body relaxing.

Become aware of your heart.

Place all of your attention on your beautiful heart,

And breathe into your heart,

As if you're breathing with your heart.

Awaken your heart with your attention,

Your heart.

Rest all of your awareness,

All of your focus,

In your heart.

And stay there.

Allow your breath to become even slower.

Relax your body even more.

Breathe with your heart.

What are you grateful for today?

Take a moment to think about everything that you're grateful for today,

One by one.

Say thank you for those things.

And most importantly,

Feel the gratitude in your heart.

Feel the emotion of gratitude.

So many things to be grateful for.

Feel them.

The people in your life,

The things you have,

The things you've achieved,

The little things in life.

Enough reason to be grateful.

And as you become more and more grateful,

Feel the little smile on your face.

Life is beautiful.

You're here to enjoy it.

And now,

Slowly go back to your breath,

Keeping this peaceful feeling in your heart.

Surrender everything.

Feel your body relaxing.
