Rest all of your awareness,
All of your focus,
In your heart.
And stay there.
Allow your breath to become even slower.
Relax your body even more.
Breathe with your heart.
What are you grateful for today?
Take a moment to think about everything that you're grateful for today,
One by one.
Say thank you for those things.
And most importantly,
Feel the gratitude in your heart.
Feel the emotion of gratitude.
So many things to be grateful for.
Feel them.
The people in your life,
The things you have,
The things you've achieved,
The little things in life.
Enough reason to be grateful.
