Step away from the noise of everyday life and return to yourself at Return to Serenity — a women’s-only retreat designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Set in a beautiful farmhouse in the heart of Costa Brava, surrounded by peaceful gardens and the gentle hum of nature, this four-day experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner calm. Each day will flow gently between yoga, meditation, journaling and inspiring workshops, alongside moments of rest by the pool or quiet reflection in the garden. We’ll also explore the beauty of the local area with thoughtfully chosen excursions that encourage presence and connection. Our private chef will prepare delicious, wholesome vegetarian meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients — nourishing you from the inside out. Accommodation is in shared twin rooms, each with its own private bathroom — creating a sense of community while offering personal comfort and space. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and reconnected — ready to return to life with a renewed sense of serenity.

Our private chef will prepare delicious, wholesome vegetarian meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients — nourishing you from the inside out. Vegan options will be available- if you have any dietary requirements please get in touch so we can discuss with the chef.

Schedule

Everything on this retreat is optional, with a gently structured schedule designed to support rest and ease. We begin with arrival and check-in, followed by a welcome circle, dinner, and a deeply restful evening of Yin Yoga and Nidra Yoga. The following days unfold with morning meditation and mindful movement, nourishing meals, spacious free time, and a daytime workshop, alongside grounding evening practices to help you unwind. Our final day closes with a morning practice, breakfast, a closing circle, and lunch—leaving you feeling settled, supported, and restored.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 60 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 60 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 60 days before the retreat begins.
