Take a deep and slow breath and allow yourself to relax.

Relax your body.

Breathing in the air flow out of your mouth to become slower,

To become deeper.

With every breath that you take,

To relax a little bit more.

Can you become aware of what it is that you want to manifest?

What is it that you want to create?

Take a moment to become super clear on what it is.

As you know,

You can only attract what you are and not what you want,

So we're gonna fall asleep in the assumption of it being already done.

Can you see whatever it is that you want to manifest?

Gently bring it up in your mind's eye,

Visualize your manifestation as if already done.

What do you see?

See yourself living this reality.

See yourself having already manifested it.

Allow your vision to flow.

What would you do if you had already manifested this?

Who would you be?

How would you act?

See yourself living in this reality now,

For the most important part.

How does it feel?

How does it feel to have created this?

What are the emotions that come with this manifestation?

Fully immerse yourself in the vision of your manifestation.

Feel the emotions.

Make it so real in your mind that your body doesn't even know the difference between real and imagination.

Become this person.

Feel the gratitude.

Feel the celebration.
