Welcome.
For this meditation,
Sit or lay down,
And take a moment to make yourself comfortable,
To settle into the moment and into your being.
Take a deep and slow breath in through your nose,
And at the end,
Hold it and exhale completely,
Letting all of the air flow out of your lungs.
And just allow for your breath to be effortless,
To be automatic,
Just like the trees grow,
Just like the river flows.
Allow your breath to be,
And without controlling it,
Observe it and feel it flowing in and flowing out.
Surrender to the natural flow of your breath,
And give your body the permission to truly relax,
And also give your mind permission to be as it is and to do what it does,
Without judgment.
Allow for life to flow exactly as it is.
Don't do anything.
Don't even try anything.
Just let the flow of life happen as it happens.
And just observe,
Peacefully,
Blank.
Don't try to silence the mind.
Don't try to relax.
Just let,
Let everything as it is.
Existence,
Life,
Is perfect,
Whether you try to control it or not.
So,
Just let go,
Observe,
Perfection take place in every moment.
Give away your desire to control,
Your desire to try,
Even more,
And naturally,
Relax as you are,
Before assuming anything,
Before thinking anything,
Anything.
Rest as the non-judging observer,
The non-judging allower,
The embracer,
The enabler.
Free awareness.
And without making it mental,
Just sense that you don't need anything,
From anything.
Sense that you are whole,
Always,
Already,
Complete,
Without trying or doing anything.
Everything is already included,
Nothing can ever be excluded or missing.
Rest in complete relaxation,
In complete acceptance.
And deeper you allow,
Emptier you are,
And feel that this emptiness is filled to the brim with presence,
With loving presence.
