For this meditation,

Sit up with your back straight,

Keeping your spine erect,

And take a deep breath in through the nose,

Relax into your body,

And energy for the day,

Hold it To become more profound,

Feeling the air flowing in and out,

To become still,

Give yourself permission to enter a state of pure beingness.

All you have to do is to just be,

Nothing else.

Now,

From this peaceful state of being,

Decide,

What is the state of being that you want to live in today?

What is the best possible state for you to live in?

Just feel it,

Become it,

Recognize it.

With this beautiful state,

If I had to feel at my very best today,

Then how would that feel?

You have free will,

You always have a choice to live in the state you want to live in,

So take a moment.

Sometimes,

We just forget it.

But you can also become aware of when you're not living in this state.

So,

When you feel yourself not staying true to this state,

Just take a short moment to do everything you can to tune in,

Because your state of being creates your reality.

Make sure to live in the most amazing state you possibly can,

All the time.

And if I slip,

I will not judge myself,

I will simply become aware of it and tune back into this state again.
