Hello,

Today we are going to connect to the chakras through guided affirmations.

Begin by finding a comfortable place to sit.

Taking a few deep breaths to feel yourself settle into this moment.

Taking a moment to be grateful that you've found this time to connect with yourself.

As I repeat each affirmation,

I invite you to either reflect on it silently or maybe even repeat it aloud,

Depending on what feels best to you today.

We're going to begin with the root chakra at the very base of the spine,

Right where your body meets your seat.

Imagining this energy center glowing with red.

I have enough.

I know enough.

I am enough.

Moving now into the sacral chakra,

Two to three finger widths below your belly button.

Walking with orange.

I am creative,

Strong and capable.

Moving now into the upper abdomen just below the rib cage,

Into the solar plexus,

Glowing with yellow.

I am a powerful,

Radiant,

Magnificent being of light.

Moving into the heart space,

The center of the chest,

Glowing with green,

Perhaps rolling your shoulders back as you feel this connection.

I give and receive love effortlessly and unconditionally.

As we move into the throat,

Perhaps giving yourself a little clear,

Clearing your throat,

Glowing with blue.

I easily speak my truth.

Moving now to the third eye,

The space between the brows,

Perhaps moving your eyeballs to look at that space,

Glowing with indigo.

I am guided by my inner wisdom.

Moving now to the top of the head,

Your crown chakra,

Beautiful purple violet.

I am peaceful,

Whole and balanced.

Taking a few more breaths in this space,

Noticing how you feel,

Noticing which affirmation called to you the most and allowing yourself to take that with you into your day.
