Hello.
This is a meditation to cultivate peace,
Tranquility,
And healing.
Begin by finding a comfortable posture.
This could be seated or reclined.
Settling in and softening your gaze,
Perhaps allowing your eyes to drift closed,
And slowly become aware of your breath.
Feeling the breath as you inhale,
A slightly cool sensation.
And then as you exhale,
The breath is slightly warm.
Feeling your lungs with a deep inhale,
Bringing in energy,
Vitality,
And life force.
As you exhale,
Feel your body releasing,
Letting go of stress,
Negativity,
Anything that's accumulated.
Feel the energy that's present in your body.
Become aware of the warmth and tingling of every cell.
Feel the energy that is in your environment,
In every part of nature,
In every living thing.
Feeling those energies together,
Feeling them as one.
Just as each inhale and exhale is part of the same breath.
Visualize all of that energy shining brightly,
As bright as the sun.
Bring that shining glow of bright energy over the crown of your head.
Feeling this glowing energy begin to travel down into your body,
Bringing relaxation and comfort as it moves.
Beginning at the top of your head,
Slowly going down into your face and neck.
Taking all stress with it as it travels past your shoulders,
Down into your arms,
All the way to the tips of your fingers.
Feel this healing energy and light making its way into your chest,
Filling your heart space.
Down through your torso,
Past your hips.
Floating along through your legs,
All the way down to the tips of your toes.
Your whole body is now filled with divine healing light and energy.
Allow that healing energy to go anywhere that it is needed.
Trusting that as the light flows and expands,
It will bring whatever nourishment you need at this moment.
Feel it warming,
Healing,
And expanding.
Allowing this healing light to bring peace and joy.
And healing to wherever is needed in this moment.
Feeling this connection to this divine healing light.
Knowing that you are always connected to this source of healing.
Allowing yourself to breathe as the rhythm of your breath continues to move this healing energy,
Bringing in exactly what you need as each exhale releases what's no longer serving you.
Slowly begin to reintroduce movement.
By wiggling your fingers and toes.
Noticing how you feel.
Breathing,
Blinking your eyes open if they were closed.
And knowing that even though this meditation is drawing to a close,
This energy is always moving through you with each breath.
