Welcome to this visualization meditation.
In this meditation we will be visualizing,
Feeling,
Manifesting,
Calling in your most beautiful self.
Get into a comfortable position,
Gently close your eyes and start making your inhales and your exhales longer.
Notice how the waters of your mind are calming down and becoming more still.
Notice how your body is relaxing and letting go of tension.
Now begin to visualize yourself living your best,
Most beautiful life.
What does this mean to you?
What is most important to you?
Maybe it's your health,
Maybe it's your wealth,
Maybe it's being surrounded by love,
Friends and family.
Really get clear on how it is that you are feeling as if it is already happening right now.
Notice what you can see and feel but also the things that you hear,
Maybe the things that you smell,
The sense of being in nature,
Being in your new home.
Visualize yourself when you wake up,
When you go to sleep.
What are your habits?
What do you fall back on each and every day?
How are you showing up in the world?
What do you do for a living?
Where do you live?
What do you do in your free time?
Now start zooming out of what you are visualizing and get clear on the big picture,
All the people,
Places,
All the beautiful moments,
Experiences together.
Big bubble that represents your life and you are the center of it.
Repeat these affirmations to yourself.

Healthy,
Beautiful life.

I am a magnet for miracles,
Blessings and abundance.

Every decision that I take is aligned with my future self.

Now gently let this imagery fade.
Bring your focus back to your breath and your body.
Come back into the space that you are in right now.
Take a deep breath in and welcome in this new energy and as you exhale let go of the old.
Take another deep breath in welcoming new energy and exhale release the old.
Let's do that one last time.
Take a deep breath in and let go of the old.
Open your eyes and come back into this moment.
