Namaste,

Thank you for joining me today.

I will be your guide for the next few minutes.

For now,

I would like you to close your eyes and find your most comfortable position.

First,

We are going to clear the mind by letting every thought go and just keep the awareness on the breath.

Let's take some nice deep breath in and out.

Deep breath in and out.

Keep on breathing consciously but don't control it.

Let it come and go naturally.

Time is a powerful way to bring your future into the reality.

It's about how you are feeling and on which frequency you are vibrating.

You probably know this fact that time is a man-made thing.

We speak about past,

Present and the future but the only thing we have always is the present.

Because when you were in the past,

That was your present and when the future will come,

That will be your present.

If there is no time,

We have everything in the present.

Even the things that you might think will take ages to come.

Now to completely shut down all the tabs in your head,

Which might be your to-do list or any future event that you are thinking about.

I would like you to imagine a light bulb in your head and a switch for that bulb.

Please turn off that switch and imagine the light is getting dimmer and dimmer and now it's completely off.

Let your body sink towards the ground.

Feel your feet or maybe your sit bones touching the surface.

If your mind wanders,

Try to bring back your attention on your breath.

To manifest,

Your mind should be clear so that you can welcome the manifestation into your life.

So let's do a breathing exercise.

You will take deep breath in on a count of four,

Then you will hold your breath on a count of four and you will exhale on a count of four.

So inhale,

Hold your breath,

Two,

Exhale,

Now the mind is relaxed and you are open to manifest your wildest dreams.

I would like you to keep your palms on your knees facing towards the sky.

This means you are open to receive the abundance which is everywhere.

The key is to feel that emotion.

It's time to start your visualization.

I would like you to imagine you are walking in the field full of crops which is ready to harvest.

You are moving further and all you can see is the field.

While exploring the field you found a door which says your dreams have come true.

How would you feel?

Now put your hands on the door knob and open the door.

You are approaching further to see what's behind the door on a count of 1,

3.

You found out that you are in your future.

Your dreams have really come true.

Touch your both hands on your heart space and feel the emotion.

What are you doing there?

How are you feeling?

Who you are talking to?

Who is with you?

How are you behaving?

Are you treating others and how others are treating you?

Realize yourself doing each and everything that you always wanted to do.

Notice all the little and big things that are happening all around you.

Now you are suddenly looking for that door and you realize that there is no door going back.

Yes,

The struggle has finished.

No more hustling,

No more trying.

Now this is your reality.

Be grateful for this life that you just manifested with the help of your mind.

Put your hands on your knees facing towards the earth.

Now just feel that you are living your dream life.

And try to maintain this vibration throughout your day.

Move your neck,

Wiggle your feet,

Stretch and just be with that emotion,

Be with that feeling.
