It's good to be alive.
Get into a very comfortable position,
Maybe on a chair,
On the ground or just lying down on your bed.
Take some deep breath in,
Hold your breath and exhale.
Notice your body starts relaxing,
Your eyebrows,
Your jaw,
Your shoulders,
Abdomen and your feet are sinking in towards the earth.
Now try to cultivate some love towards yourself and smile a little because you deserve it.
Say may I be happy,
May I be healthy,
May I be safe and sound.
May I be abundant.
Notice your heart is pumping blood and your heart space is getting warmer,
Thus you are feeling some good vibes.
Now you can spread this feeling of lovingness and happiness with others.
Initiate with someone you have a complicated relationship.
That can be your co-worker,
Friend,
Family member or anyone in particular.
It's not always easy to wish good for someone who has wronged you in some way.
But forgiving and sending goodwill and happiness to that person makes you a beautiful soul that you are.
If there will be harmony and happiness in this world,
There will be less conflicts.
So just repeat this.
May they be happy,
May they be healthy,
May they be safe and sound.
May they be abundant.
Now think of a person with a beautiful soul who you interact with on a daily basis,
It can be anybody.
Send them love from your heart.
May they be happy,
May they be healthy,
May they be safe and sound.
May they be abundant.
Now think about a person you felt easy to send goodwill and love,
Whether it was you,
The loved ones or the person with you have some conflicts.
Now visualize these feelings are generating out of your heart space which is also called as your heart chakra.
Visualize a bright white light or a golden light is spreading out in this universe through your heart space in all directions.
Say may all the creation be happy.
May we be healthy.
May we be in harmony.
May we be safe.
May we be at peace.
Maintain this smile and good feelings throughout your day.
