This was a perfect course for me. I like the way the teacher combined instruction with the chance to meditate each day. He gave a good summary of Buddhist thought, enough to inspire me to want to learn more. In the last lesson the teacher offered us an example of how to incorporate Buddhist practice, to live like a monk, into our day.

Thank you for this beautiful course 🙏🏻. I have been on my spiritual journey and regularly meditation for many years and I am still learning. This course brought quite a few new perspectives, for me personally the practice of becoming aware of your awareness and thoughts was the most rewarding, very relaxing and totally new to me.
