Welcome luminous soul,
Take a deep breath in and release it out,

Tonight or today,
As you do this meditation,
You step beyond time,
You step beyond personality,
Beyond the roles,
Beyond the stories.
You enter the eternal field where your soul remembers,
This is a sacred journey into the book of life,
The living library,
The akashic records of every thought,
Intention,
Agreement and possibility your soul has ever known.
This is not imagination,
This is remembrance,
Take a deep breath in now,
Slow exhale,
Another deep in and exhale through the mouth.
Now allow your body to soften,
Allow mother earth to hold you,
Allow your nervous system to receive the signal,
It is safe to remember.
Before we travel upwards,
We root downwards,
Grounding into the earth,
Feel into your body,
Feel the weight of you,
Feel your spine,
The sacred column,
Connecting heaven and earth.
Imagine beneath you,
Deep roots forming,
From your feet,
From your hips,
From your spine,
Roots descending into the soil,
Through the layers of rock,

Send your breath down into that core now,
