This breathing meditation is here to offer a breather from life, to melt away tensions of a prickly past and worries of a fumbling future. Welcome to the slow down meditation.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Simply and committed,
I ask that you commit to this meditation practice with 100% of your attention for the next 5 minutes.
Breathe in with the awareness,
I am breathing in or simply in.
Breathing out with the awareness,
I am breathing out or simply out.
Deep,
Soft,
Full breaths.
And with this flow of breath,
Releasing events of your day,
Letting go of your past,
Letting go of your past as it does not serve you here.
Letting the breath come in as you inhale,
Washing away your past as you exhale.
Breathing in with the intention,
I soften.
Breathing out with the intention,
I release.
Deep,
Soft,
Full breaths.
All plans and thoughts of tomorrow and your future evaporate.
They simply drift away as they cannot serve you now.
You allow your breath to soften your body,
To soften your heart,
And soften your mind.
Breathe in the blissful truth,
I am.
Breathe out the calmness of the moment,
Here.
Breathe in,
I am.
Breathe out,
Here.
Deep,
Soft,
Full breaths.
Now,
Placing your hands upon your heart.
