You know when you are around an energy vampire because you will feel exhausted and depleted.
Let's begin by finding comfort seated or lying down.
Let's invite any guides,
Deities,
Ancestral spirits,
Or supportive energies that wish to be present for you today to come and help hold space for this healing work.
Invite your breath to carry supportive energy into your being as you inhale and soften stagnant energy on your exhale.
Allow your breath to carry relaxation to your scalp,
Face,
And brain.
Carry softness and ease to your neck,
Right arm,
Right hand,
Left arm,
And left hand.
Your breath brings openness to your chest,
Your stomach,
And back.
Bringing relaxation to your hips,
Right leg,
Right foot,
Left leg,
And left foot.
Let your breath flow unrestricted through your entire body.
Releasing any tension you are holding and let it sink down into the earth,
Shedding it like the skin of a snake.
Take your hands in a scooping motion.
Brush off your aura from head to toe,
Brushing heavy energy off of you and down into the earth.
Feeling all that does not reflect your higher self,
Your love and your light.
Envision a white light of divine healing and positivity beam down onto the top of your head and cascade down your body.
This white light is cleansing and repairing all that does no longer serve you.
See it flow around your aura,
Your spirit,
And flow as a peaceful stream throughout your body,
Flowing through your mind,
Your thoughts,
Flowing through your heart,
And your emotions.
Deeply purifying all layers of self.
Feel an openness through your physical body as you release any walls or fears you may hold.

Effortlessly as your vital life force energy of love merges with the universal unending energy of love.
This is your light.
It pierces all darkness and fear-based vibrations.
There are now no walls restricting your light.
Feel your aura expand into limitless love.

Love and joy are protected as you request a vortex of protection around you from the angelic realm.
This vortex only allows in like frequencies of peace,

Angelic forces radiate a loving shield of light all around you,
A barrier protecting you from harmful energies and entities,
Protecting you from those who wish you harm.
Sense this shield of protection around you now.
It is fed by the earth and the sky.
