Just taking a moment to find your place within the mat,

Cushion or seat,

Wherever you are going to practice this meditation.

Creating a visual or image of what beautiful attention looks like for you.

And just sitting in that image,

Beautiful attention.

Without attaching or hooking to the thought,

Just there may be feelings that arise when you bring this beautiful attention image into your mind's eye.

Just noticing those feelings.

Allowing yourself to center within the space on the mat.

Allowing yourself to center within the space of the room that you sit.

Allowing yourself to become the center,

The heart center of this practice.

And just imagining yourself with your beautiful attention sitting in that center.

Just a beautiful combination of alertness and stillness and beautiful attention.

And just sitting in that for a moment.

Whatever image,

Whatever vision or feeling you have of the centeredness of beautiful attention is the right one for you.

This meditation is going to be a mantra that I've been using for a while and allows me to center myself around my purpose.

The mantra starts with,

I know who I am.

I know who I am.

Begin to repeat that mantra,

That first opening sentence or line of I know who I am.

Just internally replaying the sentence to yourself.

Noticing any feelings that arise.

I know who I am.

I know who I am.

Allowing that statement to rest within your heart of knowing who you really are.

The second sentence of this mantra is the repetition of I know what I am.

So just bringing those two parts of the mantra together.

I know who I am.

I know what I am.

And just repeating that internally with real soft beautiful awareness.

I know who I am.

I know what I am.

Any feelings or thoughts that pop up from this mantra are perfectly normal for you.

So just allowing those to come,

Allowing those to go and just centering yourself back into the mantra,

Back into your beautiful attention.

The third part of the mantra is I know my gifts.

So starting at the start,

I know who I am.

I know what I am.

I know my gifts.

I know who I am.

I know what I am.

I know my gifts.

I know who I am.

I know what I am.

I know my gifts.

Just continuing to repeat the mantra in the perfect pace for you,

In the perfect voice for you.

We'll bring the mantra into its entirety now.

I know who I am.

I know what I am.

I know my gifts,

And how to best use them.

I know who I am.

I know what I am.

I know my gifts.

And how to best use them.

I know who I am.

I know what i am.

I know my gifts,

And how to best use them.

Continuing to internally repeat that mantra.

Centering yourself in beautiful attention with that mantra.

I know who I am.

I know what I am.

I know my gifts and how to best use them.

This is a really strong and powerful mantra.

I'm noticing when you first start this mantra,

Any feelings or stories that may arise from the mantra are perfectly normal.

But just again with beautiful attention and heartfelt centerness to come back to I know who I am.

I know what I am.

I know my gifts and how to best use them.

I know my gifts and how to best use them.

In a moment we'll finish this short meditation.

Just centering yourself in your beautiful attention with your mantra.

Allowing those words to wash over you with a belief that we all have everything we need.
